Shipping Policy

1.- Urgent shipments.

  • Note: Due to the problems that are having with the coronavirus, all shipments may be delayed due to the post office and companies external to us, this delay does not it will be a major cause to cancel orders once they have already been processed. Orders are safe and will reach the end customer.

1.- Urgent shipments.

What type are the shipments?
At Limitzero.pro we have several shipping methods.
1.- “Home Delivery”. We can make the shipment urgently with DHL to the address you tell us. If you place the order before 3:00 p.m., you will receive the order at your home the next business day if DHL can handle the order within this time.

How long does it take to deliver an order?
Delivery times vary depending on the day and time of placing your order at Limitzero.pro:
• For shipping with our DHL Logistics Operator the delivery time is between 24-48h after you have completed the order. Attention, due to Covid-19 we are experiencing delivery problems, reaching up to 30 shipping days.

Should I be home at the time of delivery?
The answer is yes. If you chose “Home delivery” as the shipping method. There should be someone at that address when DHL delivers your order. If you are not sure if you will be at home, you can leave the address of your work, or that of a family member or friend. And of course your phone so that the carrier can notify you of the delivery.

What happens if no one is at home when the order is delivered?
Do not worry. The carrier will try to make the delivery later up to 3 more times, leaving you the notices and / or arranging future deliveries with you.

Why is a contact telephone number necessary?
For all orders we ask our clients to provide us with a contact telephone number. In this way we ensure communication with the customer, both during the receipt of a shipment through DHL, and any problem that may arise during shipment.

3.- Returns.
First of all, it should be noted that Limitzero.pro is not responsible for a bad assembly by the client. All products go through a quality test and are checked before being sent to the customer.

Limitzero.pro will not accept for return those products that come sealed and are not suitable to be returned for health or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.
Our main objective is customer satisfaction, so if anyone is not satisfied with their order, they have up to 30 business days to make the return. In Limitzero.pro there are two types of returns: withdrawal / voluntary or incident.

Withdrawal / Voluntary Refund
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and with Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade, if For any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to cancel the purchase within a period of 14 calendar days. This means that you can voluntarily return your product within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product. This right can be exercised on one of the products, on several, or on the entire order in its entirety.

The returned product (s) must be in perfect condition. The use of the product should not go beyond the mere verification of its good condition and operation. If not, the product (s) could suffer a depreciation of its original value. In the same way, if the product is not returned in the same original packaging with which it was sent, the product (s) could suffer a depreciation of its original value. Likewise, a copy of the purchase receipt that you received in your order and the filled-out PDF document of Withdrawal must be accompanied, which can be downloaded in the previous paragraph.

When we receive the product (s) in our warehouse and it is verified that it meets the above conditions, the total amount you paid for your purchase (products and shipping costs, if any) will be refunded. In accordance with article 44.3 of Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade, when the item sent is exactly the one purchased and does not present any defect or factory defect, the buyer must meet the direct costs associated with the return of the product , which will be the following:

  • Shipping costs for the return are borne by the user.
    The customer, if he wishes, can choose his own transport agency to return the product to us.
