We recommend that you contact us before making a return. We do not accept returned products directly without contacting us first. To do this: send an email to email@example.com. Tell us what happened with the order number, your name and a means to contact you. We will send you the instructions to start the return process.
It is important to return the products in the original box or a similar one and properly packed.
It is allowed to return the product if the packaging is in good condition and the product is not opened so that it does not influence the second sale.
Leave your package at your provider. Please provide the tracking number and website to track the logistics information after you return the package to us
Once the package is received, we will check whether the package is in good condition or not and then we will handle the refund once we receive the returned package to your account according to the return conditions.
